Terms of Service

  1. Normal use of products with performance failures within 12 months from the purchase date;
  2. Damage caused by non-human factors without self-dismantling and maintenance;
  3. Have valid purchase certificate (invoice and receipt) and warranty card;

Notes

  1. All products subject to warranty must be delivered by customers to the original purchase site, customer service centers of Jiangsu Weize Science and Technology Company and authorized maintenance centers of Jiangsu Weize Science and Technology Products.
  2. All products subject to warranty must be checked by customer service and technicians and explained to customers.
  3. The warranty is limited to mechanical and electronic functions, and the appearance damage is not covered by the free warranty.
  4. If the remaining period of the original free warranty is less than six months and the same malfunction occurs, the product after the free warranty service will be extended to six months with the same free warranty service. If the remaining period of the original free warranty exceeds six months, the original free warranty service period will be implemented.
  5. Without additional instructions, products sold on special price and products upgraded from old models are not covered by free warranty service.

Disclaimer

  1. Damage of equipment caused by improper manual operation;
  2. Improper use environment or conditions, such as power supply, ambient temperature, humidity, lightning and so on, lead to equipment damage;
  3. Inevitable factors, such as damage to equipment caused by natural disasters and safety accidents
  4. Damage to equipment caused by installation or maintenance by unauthorized personnel.
  5. Sales exceed product warranty period.

The above regulations do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
